Front Desk Receptionist, Full-Time Seasonal
Company: The Chattooga Club
Location: 1 Pavilion Way, Cashiers, North Carolina 28717
Job Description
The Chattooga Club is currently seeking candidates for a Front Desk Receptionist position at the Life Enhancement Center. The desired candidate will be able to effectively communicate with coworkers, club members, and guests. They are able to use computers systems to enter data and process information, learn and use JONAS software, schedule spa, personal training, or class appointment, and perform day-to-day administrative tasks. Have a basic knowledge of phone etiquette and hospitality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls.
- Greet persons entering the club, determine the nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
- Send any and all confirmation emails, reminders, from templates already in place.
- Taking care of any spa guests that come through the LEC, making them tea, coffee, getting their robes ready, etc.
- Keep locker rooms, bathrooms, and common areas stocked and presentable for members.
- Laundry- fold and make sure therapists are fully stoked prior to appointments.
- Assist any members on how to use fitness equipment/TVs.
- Provide information about the club such as the location of departments or offices.
- Perform administrative support tasks as directed.
- Promote and up-sale products with retail.
- Follows club rules and expectations.
- Act as club concierge answering questions about club services and events as well as answering any questions about the town of Cashiers and surrounding areas.
Pay:
- $15.00 an hour
- Christmas bonus based off season performance.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of work-related skills, knowledge, or experience helpful.
